Reds reminiscent of red tile roofs spotting Marbella, purple which permeate the grapes of the La Cote d’Azur and browns found in the walking trails surrounding the Cinque Terre, are all colors imbrued in the walls and décor of Methode Bistro. The result is a feeling of warmth, richness even earthiness greeting every patron. In an unpretentious and relaxed atmosphere, Methode Bistro’s “Cuisine of the Riveria’s” is an exquisite journey for the palate as each dish is infused with flavors of the coastal regions of Spain, Italy and France. In the lounge/bar area, patrons can enjoy a large selection of Tapas to hold their appetite for dinner or to curb a late night craving. Patrons can enjoy live Jazz in the lounge every Friday night from 5:00-8:00 p.m while every evening guests can delight in the creative, one-of-a-kind dishes expertly prepared by co-owner and executive Chef Matt McLinn.
