Master Sushi Chef Hiro Taniguchi who has worked with world renowned chefs in Kobe and Tokyo, Japan as well as in Los Angeles; brings his passion and skill to Arizona! Although his English skills are not his strong suit, he believes that through the style and technique of Japanese cuisine that he presents to guests, he will bridge some of the language barriers that exist and teach people to understand and experience Japanese cuisine at another level. His technique of Japanese cuisine makes an, “art of eating.” It will also open the doors of experiencing the true culinary culture of Japanese cuisine.
