Bluewater Grill Phoenix is the latest edition and first Arizona location of a popular Southern California family of restaurants known for exceptionally fresh seafood, stylish interiors and a year-long calendar of seasonal tastings and special events.Lunch and dinner menus, printed daily, feature more than 40 varieties of fresh seafood and shellfish sourced from local fishermen and farmers worldwide. Other highlights include an oyster and raw fish bar, separate sushi bar, kid’s menu,patio dining, full bar and wine list, and weekday happy hours. The Bluewater Grill Market sells fresh seasonal seafood and shellfish by the pound plus prepared meals, takeout specialties and signature salads. Special event facilities include two private dining rooms for 40 and a banquet hall that seats 200.
Hours of operation: Monday through Thursday, 11am to 10pm;
Fridayand Saturday 11am to 11pm; and Sunday, 10am to 10pm.
